Ramasco air perfume filling machine for packaging and filling systems is of high quality and accurate in filling as it works on the return system where the machine is fed manually then the machine fills the bottle with air pressure until it is full and then returns where there is a nozzle that returns the remainder to the bottles at the top of the machine and then leaks it to the main filling tank so that the bottle is full and does not exceed its limit and with the possibility of adjusting the filling distance in the bottle through the plastic gauge located in the head.
The machine has 4 nozzles and can fill more than one item at a time, depending on the speed of the worker.
Suction side / The machine sucks the liquids directly from the tank through the rear hoses.
There are eight plastic hoses, four of which are filling and four of which are return.
The machine is made of stainless steel. The machine does not need electricity.
The machine works with an air feeder (air compressor).
